• Two 9”x13” baking pans
• 5 quarts plain popped popcorn
• Medium saucepan
• Mixing spoon
• 6 tablespoons butter + extra 1 tablespoon butter
• 5 cups miniature marshmallows
• Mix-ins (optional): sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, etc.
Grease two 9”x13” baking dishes, fill with popcorn and set aside.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in marshmallows and heat until melted, stirring constantly.
Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn and mix. Careful, the mixture is hot! Let it cool slightly before handling.
Now it's time to throw our popcorn a curve ball! If you'd like, add a mix-in like sprinkles or mini chocolate chips for an extra layer of fun and flavor.
Smear hands with the extra tablespoon butter and quickly shape the coated popcorn into baseball-size balls.
Combine the mixture with the popcorn until each kernel is coated. Here's where it gets sticky!
Wipe those sticky fingers clean with Wet Ones.
Have a ball! Sink your teeth into this gooey treat, and enjoy.
